Shu Qi

Better known as Shu Qi, Lin Li-Hui is a Taiwanese actress and model who rose to fame in sexy roles in several Hong Kong Category III films under film producer Manfred Wong.

Together with Karen Mok and Leslie Cheung, Shu Qi starred in Derek Yee's 1996 film "Viva Erotica," which was about the erotic film industry in Hong Kong. She received the Best Supporting Actress award for her role at the 16th Hong Kong Film Awards in 1997. She has then appeared in films such as "Gorgeous" (1998), "The Island Tales" (1999) and the critically-acclaimed "Millennium Mambo" (2000).

She appeared in the 2002 French action film "The Transporter" and Corey Yuen's "So Close." In 2004, she played the lead character in the Hong Kong horror film "The Eye 2." In 2005, she won the Best Actress Award at the 2005 Golden Horse Awards for her three roles in Hou Hsiao-Hsien's "Three Times."

In 2008, Shu Qi starred in the Feng Xiaogang romantic comedy "If You Are the One." The film grossed over ¥364 million (US$53.7 million) at the Chinese box office.
